The Tarpon Lodge is a seasonal rental property located on historic 8th Avenue in St. Pete Beach, Florida.  The apartments are well located just one block from Pass-a-Grille beach.  The building faces the inter-coastal waterway, a park area and the Merry Pier where our guests may access fishing charters, shelling cruises, bike rentals and fishing equipment rentals.

Historic 8th Avenue offers a fine array of restaurants, shops, gallaries, jeweler and hair salon.  There are six restaurants within a one block radius of the property which allow our guests to dine out at breakfast, lunch and dinner.  For occasional in-room dining, our suites are equipped with a full kitchen including a  refrigerator/ freezer, stove top, convention oven, coffee maker and granite countertop.  Guests will also enjoy beautifully refininshed pine floors, tropical furnishings, cable TV and water views.

Rental Rates:
Winter/Spring:  12/1 – 4/15 - $2,500 per month
Late Spring/Summer/Fall:  4/16 – 11/30 - $1,950 per month
Pet Policy:  Permission required, additional charges will apply
Payment:  10% non-refundable deposit payable at time
of reservation.  50% payment due 60 days prior to arrival. 
Balance due upon arrival.
